Lets start with affirmative action.
The A grade void of merit is a privilege gained through affirmative action. How much more equity is needed?
It is funny to think the group with institutional privilege has the nerve to claim the need for more equity.
I can say that the black community has already forced the institution of education to submit to their demands by starting a black only school with an emphasis on black community oriented learning in Toronto.
How did that workout?
Not a single passing grade. Even the poster child failed.
Lets bring equality and merit back to education and remove all forms of systemic discrimination - like a affirmative action.
Equity is a consequence of merit. Think about that for a moment...
